The last day of 2019 is a good moment to look back at the past year and forward to a new one. As this has been the year of the Singapore Bicentennial, I decided to record my New Year Message at The Bicentennial Experience. 750,000 visitors have experienced and been moved by it. It closes this evening, with a special party for all those who have made it such a success.
This has been a full year, and even as we recall the past 200 years that have brought us here, uppermost in our minds is the future. We have made steady progress this year, and will continue to build on our successes, to make Singapore a place where all Singaporeans can chase their dreams.
